- **Housekeeper Responsibilities**:_
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, laundry, and more to maintain our client's homes at a high standard.
- Personalised tasks based on your abilities and client requests such as cooking, ironing, organising, wrapping gifts, putting away groceries to become a valuable asset for your clients.
- Diligent room care and inspections with a sharp eye for detail to meet our high standards.
- Safeguarding equipment and promptly reporting any damages to superiors.
- Handling client complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.
- Monitoring consumable levels and promptly informing clients or superiors when restocking is required.
- Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and company practices.
- Maintaining efficient work practices without compromising quality.
