Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate products and solutions while developing positive personal business relationships with customers.
* Target and educate end users to convert to our products and achieve sales targets.
* Present products and solutions effectively to the construction industry.
* Maintain open communication with the Area Sales Management team.
* Ensure all mandatory administration is up-to-date in Salesforce.
* Drive in-field conversions, trials of new products, and increase brand awareness.
* Work as a harmonious team player focusing on the best interest of the organization and ensuring overall objectives are achieved.
About You:
* Ability to seek out and convert opportunities with a 'hunter' mentality.
* Field Sales or End User sales experience.
* High level of autonomy.
* Trade background/hands-on experience with tools is desirable.
* Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite, and experienced with CRM systems.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Full driver's license with an excellent driving record.
