Job Title: Conflict Resolution Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide Family Dispute Resolution services to couples and families who are separating or separated.
The primary purpose of this role is to negotiate parenting and/or property arrangements, as well as assisting families to focus on the best interests of children and young people throughout any ongoing family conflict.
You will work closely with families to understand their unique needs and develop strategies to resolve disputes in a fair and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Family Dispute Resolution services to couples and families
* Negotiate parenting and/or property arrangements
* Assist families to focus on the best interests of children and young people
* Work with families to understand their unique needs and develop strategies to resolve disputes
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in social sciences, psychology or law (further qualification in Family Dispute Resolution will be provided)
* Experience working with families with complex needs
* An understanding of the impacts of family separation on children
* Highly developed negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Professionalism and strong work ethic
