Mercure Barossa Valley is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand to support our busy kitchen team at Angus & Co. Bar & Grill.

What you’ll do

* Keep kitchen and wash-up areas clean, organised, and compliant

* Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment efficiently

* Assist chefs with basic food prep (as directed)

* Receive and store deliveries correctly

* Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards

* Support the team during busy service periods

What we’re looking for

* Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience preferred (not essential)

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude

* Ability to work quickly and safely under pressure

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

* Valid work rights in Australia
