About the role
You will be leading, organising and providing direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results. If you’re looking to transition out of a field role, this could be the perfect role for you! The role has an attractive salary package between $130,000 to $140,000 per annum, flexible working (one day WFH) and a tool of trade vehicle is provided. You will be based at our Keysborough depot, with site attendance occasionally. Monday to Friday role (7.6 hour day). Enjoy working in a new custom built depot, co-built with United Energy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and oversee field-based activities, relating to time, cost, quality and safety criteria for planned and emergency situations.
2. Manage materials using purchasing system and subcontract services required to complete the work schedule.
3. Completion of all reports and job control worksheets.
4. Lead and manage the team to ensure organisation goals are achieved.
5. Apply conflict resolution techniques to avoid potential escalations of industrial dispute.
About you
1. Experience working across high/low voltage environments and be familiar with industry standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems.
2. Ideally you will hold a Certificate III in ESI Distribution – Power Systems (or equivalent industry experience).
3. Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
4. SAP, Word, Excel and planning package systems experience will be highly regarded.
