We are seeking a motivated individual who will ideally possess the following skills:

* Customer service focused with a pleasant phone manner;
* Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams;
* Accurate typist with a minimum speed of 50wpm;

* Being the face of our business undertaking reception duties;
* Assisting with preparation of documents and technical reports;
* Assisting with the purchasing of services and materials including collation of purchase orders and invoices;
* Freight preparation and record keeping;
* Answering phones, attending to customer requests, booking of equipment and other related support services;
* General office administrative assistance across various departments.
