This role suits someone who enjoys being part of a close, in office team. What you will be doing
* Assess residential and complex lending scenarios including trusts, companies, SMSF, commercial and investment structures
* Interpret financial statements, tax returns, distributions and multi entity income
* Prepare clear, high quality credit submissions and recommendations
* Partner with senior credit staff on structures, scenarios and problem solving
* Liaise with brokers, clients and lenders to gather information and progress applications
* Maintain a high standard of compliance, accuracy and file quality
* Play an active role in a collaborative and supportive team environment
About you
* Experience in credit assessment, lending support or mortgage operations
* Confidence reading tax returns, identifying add backs and analysing cash flow
* Strong understanding of borrower structures and financial documents
* High attention to detail and a calm, solutions focused mindset
* Clear communicator who builds trust with colleagues, brokers and clients

* Competitive full time salary of $85,000 to $100,000 plus super, aligned to experience
