No experience? No problem. While prior trade exposure is an advantage, we're happy to train candidates who show a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

What We're Looking For
* Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
* White Card (required prior to commencement)
* Manual driver's licence and reliable transport
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Experience working at heights, solar, or roofing (advantage)
* First Aid / LVR (highly regarded)
The Role
As a Trade Assistant, you'll support qualified electricians and installers on solar and electrical projects, including:
* Site preparation and safety setup
* Assisting with solar panel, inverter, and battery installations
* Mounting equipment and general labouring
* Roof-based work and system removals where required
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite
You'll gain hands-on experience across solar, battery storage, and electrical systems, working closely with experienced tradespeople who will support your progression and skill development.
