As an Employment Coach, you will be supporting people with disability and other complex barriers to find and keep a job. No two days will be the same—your role will be varied, dynamic and deeply rewarding.
You will work one-on-one with a caseload of Participants, helping them navigate personal and vocational challenges, building their confidence and connecting them to real opportunities with local employers. Your focus is on people, progress and purpose.

* Qualifications in Certificate III in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or a willingness to complete a formal qualification, fully supported by Status, as part of your employment journey with us
