The Surgery Connect Program is seeking an experienced System Architect to support a commercialisation project for the departments Surgery Connect Program. You will lead the development of solution architectures for the commercialisation of the Surgery Connect Activity Navigator, ensuring consistency with, and traceability across specified requirements within enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
What you'll do
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, capturing and translating system requirements into effective solution architectures, and providing expert advice on options, risks, and impacts. It involves leading complex solution design within enterprise governance frameworks, consulting and negotiating with ICT and business stakeholders, and applying project management methodologies to plan and deliver work effectively. The role also requires producing high-quality briefs, reports, and executive communications, while adhering to human resource best practices, ethical standards, workplace health and safety, and service quality requirements.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
Proven expertise in the development of solutions for complex systems, ensuring consistency with and traceability across specified requirements within enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
Ability to evaluate and undertake impact analysis on major architectural options and assess associated risks and issues.
Proven ability in developing and implementing program improvement initiatives to directly enhance service delivery outcomes and expectations.
Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and interpret issues and develop quality options and strategies to resolve complex program matters.
Demonstrated high level consultative, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills including the ability to direct and influence others through the provision of advice and preparation of communications.
