The Commissioning Lead ensures consistent and high-quality management of Healthy North Coast (HNC) contracting activities. This involves managing the development and performance monitoring of commissioned services contracts. The Commissioning Lead has input into planning, design and procurement stages of the commissioning cycle, and ongoing quality improvement projects related to commissioning.

About You
To excel in this position, you will have:
* experience in contract management / project delivery - including scoping, planning, implementing, monitoring, reporting on, and evaluating projects/contracts
* ability to actively identify, promote and support change management processes
* the ability to tailor spoken/written communication
* experience in taking initiative for their own work while ensuring a high quality of work is produced and outcomes met in a timely fashion
* ability to acquire proficiency in the commissioning administrative system and identify and implement efficiency in those systems
* proficiency in interpreting service delivery financial reports
* knowledge of and commitment to Work Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Safety, and Continuous Improvement principles
* post-secondary qualification in contract management, procurement, business management or a related field desirable and/or equivalent 5+ years' experience in similar position
