Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join our team.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing air-conditioning system information and recommendations to customers in-store via POS system.
* Inventory Management: Maintain showroom displays by regularly re-stocking shelves and tidying up merchandise.
* Loading Assistance: Help customers load air-conditioner units, parts, and supplies into their vehicles.
* Forklift Operations: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport goods safely and efficiently.
* Receiving and Stocking: Unload trucks and shipping containers when they arrive with stock orders and maintain warehouse organization and stock levels.
* Accountability and Communication: Requires strong accountability and work ethic, effective communication and collaboration skills, and ability to learn and grow.
* License Requirements: Must hold a valid driver's license, forklift license, and LR truck license (preferable but not required).
* Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC or Electrical businesses, sales roles, or warehouse/logistics roles are desirable.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, either early shift (7am-3:30pm) or late shift (8:30am-5pm). Optional Saturday shifts from 7am-12pm are available.
