Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Administration Assistant role located in Dalby, QLD. The Junior Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with scheduling and appointments. The role also includes database management, handling client inquiries, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including drafting correspondence and managing client inquiries.
* Technical proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.
* Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in record-keeping and data entry.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support various departments as needed.
* Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required.
* Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building positive client relationships.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in administration or business is a plus.
