Reporting to the Head of Transport, as the Transport Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the business's transport operations to ensure efficient and timely deliveries across the network.
This role will oversee transport planners, manage capacity planning, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
By driving operational excellence, you will consistently deliver high levels of performance across safety, service, cost, and efficiency through disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and alignment with broader business goals.

* Proven experience in transport planning, logistics, or supply chain management.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving accountability.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
* In-depth knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation and transport safety standards.
* Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and data analysis tools.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
