Psychosexual Therapist Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Psychosexual Therapist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessments and treatments for individuals experiencing psychosexual difficulties.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic psychosexual therapist with a passion for delivering evidence-based face-to-face and remote therapeutic interventions. You will be educated to degree level and hold a relevant counselling qualification recognised by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy.
The ideal candidate will have completed a postgraduate professional qualification in psychosexual counselling approved by COSRT and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of working with people with sexual problems and using behavioural interventions such as sensate focus is essential.
You will work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive service that meets the needs of individuals and their sexual partners. The role requires strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage your own caseload and work independently.
