About The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a proven Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a beautifully presented luxury retail environment. Based at Runaway Bay, you'll be responsible for inspiring and developing a close-knit team of up to 8, driving performance through exceptional service and expert product knowledge. Clienteling will be at the heart of everything you do.
You'll manage daily operations, lead from the front on the sales floor, and uphold the highest standards in presentation, process, and customer engagement.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in luxury retail management
* Jewellery experience is highly regarded
* Strong clienteling and customer relationship skills
* Proven ability to lead and develop a team to exceed KPIs
* Confident managing stock, VM, and store operations
* Passion for delivering memorable customer moments
