Customer Value Specialist

Responsibilities include:
* Providing individual recommendations of suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs
* Developing relationships to promote our brand and products
* Taking a customer-centric approach to ensure customers understand the full value of their health insurance product
You will also have the opportunity to assist existing members in their day-to-day transactions, provide solutions to identified concerns or needs, and educate members on all the benefits they can access.
