About Your New Role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this permanent opportunity has been created as part of the organisation's continued growth and evolution.
This role will suit an experienced Tax professional who enjoys operating in a dynamic environment and wants the opportunity to take ownership, improve processes and influence how the function is managed moving forward.
Working closely with key stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing Corporate Income Tax and Indirect Tax compliance obligations
* Supporting Transfer Pricing requirements and documentation
* Assisting with the transition of the Tax function in‐house
* Partnering with external advisors, auditors and internal stakeholders
* Supporting Treasury related activities including cashflow, banking and funding support
* Assisting with projects, acquisitions and ongoing business transformation initiatives
* Identifying process improvement opportunities and strengthening controls
* Supporting the wider Finance team across technical accounting and compliance matters

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally bring:
* Experience within a Big 4 or Mid‐Tier Accounting firm environment
* Strong exposure across both Corporate Income Tax and Indirect Tax
* Exposure to Transfer Pricing requirements an advantage
* Treasury exposure will be highly regarded, however can be developed within the role
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work within a fast‐moving and evolving environment
* The ability to navigate ambiguity and help shape a newly created function
* A hands‐on approach with strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
