Job Summary:
A leader in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair, this role involves overseeing a team of skilled technicians and driving the implementation of best practices to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or an equivalent trade qualification)
* Proven leadership abilities with experience in guiding small teams
* Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment through diligent adherence to Workplace Health and Safety protocols
* Hands-on experience with a variety of heavy vehicles and plant machinery (highly advantageous)
* TMR Approved Examiner of 2nd Hand Vehicles (highly advantageous)
* Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP
* Meticulous approach to time-keeping, work organisation, and quality control
