We’re recruiting a Senior Contract Administrator for a major infrastructure delivery program in Sydney. This role is for an experienced CA ready to step into a leadership position, driving commercial outcomes on projects that set the benchmark for the sector.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead full contract administration from procurement through to delivery.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, claims, variations, and reporting.
- Guide and mentor junior CAs while setting the standard for commercial excellence.
- Partner with project leadership to drive financial and contractual success.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ CA experience, ideally in infrastructure or complex construction.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to manage high-value contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Jobpac experience strongly preferred.
