Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join us in our Ormeau office where you will not only be immersed in a vibrant and fast-paced culture, but also have the potential to receive generous earnings with our uncapped commission scheme. We're looking for an ambitious, energetic and motivated individual to join us as we grow our footprint across Australia.


Responsibilities:

* Kick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospects.
* Connect with prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
* Work closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycle.
* Develop relationships with prospects and uncover pain through effective questioning.
* Collaborate with a wide range of departments.


What we're looking for:

* Prior history of success in outbound sales or supply chain.
* Experience within a fast-paced business environment.
* Ability to work autonomously and get involved with all aspects of the business.
* Self-motivated and a natural drive to be your best and reap the reward.
