A renowned music retailer in Adelaide seeks an experienced leader to drive sales, manage store appearance and standardize practices. Ideal candidates have a background in musical instruments, leadership skills and training abilities.

This role requires experience in managing a team of retail staff, driving sales growth and improving store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Manage a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and effective product management.
* Improve store appearance and presentation through merchandising, visual displays and cleanliness.
* Provide coaching and training to retail staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
* Work closely with suppliers to negotiate stock orders and develop mutually beneficial relationships.
Requirements:
* Leadership experience in retail with a focus on sales growth and team management.
* Background in musical instruments or related field.
