About the Role
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 195 properties (North Shore based)
- Lead and mentor a small team of juniors & property managers
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and maintenance coordination
- Conduct inspections & ensure compliance with legislation
- Provide clear, proactive communication with landlords and tenants
- Resolve issues before escalation, with full support from admin, accounts, and junior staff
About You
- A current Real Estate License, reliable car + valid driver’s license
- Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager (Head of Department experience highly regarded)
- Impeccable attention to detail & organization
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, client-first mindset with a strong work ethic
