**ABOUT THE ROLE**
An opportunity has arisen for a like-minded casual Retail Assistant to join our success story. Based in our **Mandurah **store, this role will see you reporting directly to the Store Manager and involves you working alongside the team to achieve monthly budgeted sales, maintaining stock levels and store presentation and driving sales through creating a unique customer experiences.
This role requires an individual with experience in either the sports or fashion industry looking to develop your skills with a growing retail business. You will be career focused and take accountability for taking your development to the next level. You will be a true team player and be passionate about the industry and the Oakley brand. Taking pride in your work you will be a natural high achiever and self-motivated.
