As a seasoned HR leader, you will have the opportunity to drive and develop our People Services team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals to deliver exceptional HR operations and support
* Oversee HR compliance, policy frameworks, and maintain accurate employee records
* Drive continuous improvement, automation, and integration across People Services, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition
* Partner with the wider HR function on critical projects including remuneration programs, policy rollouts, and compliance reporting
Qualifications and Skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or Business
* Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
* Strong HR operations background with experience in a centralised HR services model
* Working knowledge of SAP, HRIS systems, and payroll principles
* Strong compliance and process management capability
