About the Role
In this role, you will:
Assess and treat a wide range of foot conditions, including those related to diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and peripheral vascular disease.
Provide education to patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and disability management.
Collaborate with specialists to develop comprehensive care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a passion for chronic disease management and patient-centered care.
Is able to make independent clinical decisions and problem-solve effectively.
Demonstrates excellent time management and adaptability.
Works well within a team and communicates effectively with both patients and colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills
Current registration with AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain registration.
A current, unrestricted 'C' class Australian Driver's License.
