Be the Helping Hand that Keeps the Mountain Moving
As a Porter, you play a vital role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests across the resort's hotels and lodges. You'll assist with luggage handling, guest transport support, and general porterage duties while helping maintain safe, accessible surroundings—particularly during snowy conditions. This is a hands‐on, guest‐focused role in a dynamic alpine environment.
What You'll Do
* Assist guests with luggage delivery and collection across hotels and lodges
* Load and unload luggage from vehicles and trolleys safely and efficiently
* Provide friendly assistance, directions, and information about hotel and resort facilities
* Support guest transport needs between hotels, car parks, and public transport locations
* Help maintain safe access by shovelling snow from walkways, driveways, and car parks as required
* Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
What You'll Bring
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong multitasking skills in a fast‐paced environment
* A high work ethic and a positive, can‐do attitude
* Previous experience in a porter or similar guest service role (highly regarded)
