Operational Reform Project Director Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Reform Project Director to lead a dedicated project in the Liquor and Gaming team.
This is a temporary position available immediately for up to 18 months with the possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will provide secretariat services for the independent inquiry into the future of the ACT clubs industry and lead the operational scoping and implementation of projects and reforms in the Gaming team which supports workforce diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and guidance on operational reform initiatives
* Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and operational reform
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
