PERSOL are working with a growing and dedicated team to recruit an experienced Scheduler who will play a pivotal role in keeping technicians and operations running smoothly across multiple WA-based clients.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Planning & Reporting team, technicians, and stores to develop optimised work schedules, ensure preventive maintenance is delivered on time, and provide key reporting to clients. You'll need a blend of workforce experience, leadership, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
What you'll be doing:
* Planning and scheduling Service Technicians to meet client requirements
* Coordinating mobilisation, including rostering, flights, and accommodation for remote employees
* Managing rostering changes efficiently and communicating updates clearly
* Maintaining employee training and prerequisites to prevent schedule disruptions
* Preparing and distributing reports to meet KPIs
* Supporting technicians and coordinating client enquiries
* Performing general administration and data entry, including MEX work orders and Wageloch rostering
Additional responsibilities may include:
* Workshop inspections and repairs, including outsourcing to third parties
* Invoicing for onsite services, workshop jobs, and hire assets
* Ordering service kit parts, PPE, and staff amenities
* Maintaining staff qualifications and scheduling training
* Coordinating medicals, pre-employment checks, and D&A labs
About you:
* Previous administration, rostering, or scheduling experience (remote industry experience is a plus)
* Proficiency in planning and mobilisation software such as Wageloch and MEX
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills
* Advanced computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
* Exceptional attention to detail and initiative in implementing process improvements
* Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment

The base pay range for this role is A$80,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr.
