Key Responsibilities:
* Support design and analysis of substation primary systems, earthing, cable rating, lightning protection, and insulation coordination studies.
* Assist in the design and delivery of protection and control systems, ensuring alignment with Australian Standards and client requirements.
* Prepare drawings, calculations, reports, and technical documentation while developing skills in industry-standard software.
* Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings alongside senior engineers.
* Contribute to bids, tenders, and technical deliverables that shape future projects.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Final year student or recent graduate in Electrical Engineering.
* A strong interest in power systems - whether Primary or Secondary.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* A curiosity to learn industry tools and apply Australian Standards in real-world projects.
