About Luke Campbell Welding
Luke Campbell Welding & Engineering is a proudly Tasmanian, family-owned business with over 16 years of experience delivering high-quality welding, fabrication, machining and on-site services.
We work across forestry, mining, marine, commercial and domestic sectors, providing precision machining, heavy fabrication, repairs, maintenance and full project management solutions.
Due to continued demand, we are seeking a skilled trade-qualified Fitter & Turner to join our team in a hands-on role that also carries Workshop Foreman responsibilities.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, hands-on trade role suited to an experienced Fitter & Turner who takes pride in precision work and is confident leading a workshop team.
You will be on the tools — machining, fitting and problem-solving — while also coordinating workflow, supervising trades and apprentices, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who leads from the front.
