Lead Full Stack Developer - Manager
As our Lead Full Stack Developer with experience in capturing and translating business intent directly into secure, scalable technical solutions and production-ready code, you'll be responsible for solution design and full stack delivery across front‐end, back‐end, and cloud platforms.
This is a hybrid position based in Boorloo – Perth. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
* Own end‐to‐end solution architecture across UI, APIs, data, and Azure infrastructure; translate business and product goals into executable technical designs
* Provide architectural guidance and code leadership to offshore teams
* Design, build, enhance, and support production software across the stack
* Ensure adherence to Clean Architecture, security, and enterprise standards
Skills and attributes for success
Front‐End
* React + TypeScript (production support and enhancements)
* Vite, React Router, Material UI
* State management with Jotai and TanStack Query
* React Hook Form + Zod
* Testing: React Testing Library, Vitest, Playwright, MSW
Back‐End / API
* .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core 8
* Clean Architecture and CQRS
* Entity Framework Core 8
* RESTful API design and support MediatR, AutoMapper, FluentValidation
* SQL and CosmosDB
* Infrastructure‐as‐Code using Bicep
* Understanding of data modelling and analytics consumption patterns
* Automated testing across UI and API layers; Azure‐based CI/CD pipelines
* Secure‐by‐design mindset (RBAC, data protection); experience in enterprise‐scale environments; microservice‐oriented and modular system design
