Titus People has partnered with a leading civil engineering business across New South Wales. This business has over a decade of proven delivery across major infrastructure and construction works, now looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive high-value, multidisciplinary projects from tender through delivery, contributing to the organisation's growth and client success.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will lead and deliver projects valued up to $10M. You will ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to the highest quality, meeting contractual and HSE standards. A key role is also played in client engagement, tendering, and business development.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Managing multiple complex civil projects simultaneously
* Developing works programs, resource schedules, and methodologies
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure performance and compliance
* Ensuring adherence to contracts, legislation, approvals, and safety obligations
* Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including ITPs, QA, and compliance reports
* Monitoring progress, financials, and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions where needed
* Engaging with clients daily to manage expectations and represent project outcomes
* Contributing to tender preparation, constructability reviews, and risk assessments
* Overseeing budgets, variations, claims, and cash flows
* Identifying project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and driving continuous improvement

About You

* A trade background or equivalent hands-on civil/construction experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex projects in a similar role
* Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project) and other project tools
* Sound judgment, negotiation, and decision-making ability
* A strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and compliance requirements
