Technical Service Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating all technical service activities across multiple business units.
About the Role
* Performing troubleshooting, installation, and preventative maintenance on diagnostic instruments.
* Ensuring any ongoing instrument problems or issues are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
* Executing necessary software and hardware modifications.
* Handling technical requirements for both pre-sales and post-sales needs.
* Servicing equipment necessitates regional & interstate travel as required.
Requirements
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
* A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Experience with IT and Middleware systems is desirable.
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
