We're looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead this exciting new venture.
Position Overview
As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in launching and driving the success of our new Caloundra store. You will be responsible for building and leading a team, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark from day one and ensure the store operates to RSEA's high standards in safety, compliance, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations.
* Conduct regular risk assessments, safety training, and incident reporting.
* Ensure the store operates within legal and company policy frameworks.
* Develop and manage store budgets, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
* Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and optimize efficiency.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets.
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
* Plan and manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and retention.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in line with company values.
* Oversee stock control, inventory management, and merchandising.
* Ensure compliance with pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
* Promote a culture of integrity, respect, and accountability.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a store management role (retail background highly regarded).
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational abilities.
* Proficient in computer systems and adaptable to change management.
