Store Manager Hommey | Chadstone Shopping Centre, VIC | Full-Time | Tuesday – Saturday Some stores sell things. Yours will mean something. The Role You are the commercial engine of your store and the communication bridge between the business and your team. You translate strategy into daily focus, numbers into plans, and direction into belief. Day to day, you’ll be: Developing, coaching and holding your team accountable Building a service culture where the team creates genuine connection, not just completes transactions Bringing the Hommey brand to life through store environment, visual standards and real product conviction Running daily briefings that give your team context, clarity and something to move toward Translating head office strategy and campaigns into something your team can own, not just execute Managing profitability, inventory and operational planning with commercial intelligence Communicating proactively upward.
