 
        
        We're seeking an accomplished, hands-on Finance Manager to drive the next phase of growth for a multi-division financial services and family office group. This is a newly created role for someone who thrives on elevating reporting, strengthening controls, and delivering real decision support - while remaining sleeves-rolled-up in the detail and developing a small, capable team.
Key Responsibilities 
- Own month-end reporting across multiple entities - deliver accurate management packs with explicit insights that drive decisions, ensuring reporting is action-oriented for practice leaders and partners
- Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts and scenario planning for growth, pricing and investment decisions, supporting leadership with data-driven business cases
- Modernise reporting using Power BI dashboards that leadership actually relies on, and strengthen financial controls across Xero/MYOB platforms with streamlined workflows
- Direct and develop finance team members, coaching for accuracy and efficiency while stepping in hands-on during peak periods
- Partner with executive group on consolidations, strategic initiatives and financial oversight of related investment entities
What You'll Bring 
- CA/CPA qualified; Finance Manager or Senior Manager (public practice) with multi-entity consolidation and reporting experience.
- Power BI skills for data analysis, dashboard creation and automation, plus strong Xero/MYOB experience for operations and consolidations
- Proven track record in end-to-end reporting and budgeting with ability to translate numbers into strategy and action
- High EQ with a track record of enabling change, influencing outcomes, and building effective teams.
- Collaborative leadership style with hands-on approach to both technical work and team development
