About the role:
The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for providing and co-ordinating all aspects of quality patient care in the Specialist Clinics. The Enrolled Nurse must be able to demonstrate time management skills and work as an active team member and ensure flow through the clinics.
A high standard of wound care management and plaster (casting) care experience is desirable for this position. Rotation is through all areas of the Specialist clinics including Surgical, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Women's Health, Medical, Cardiology, Rheumatology, requiring ability to provide care for a diverse range of patient care
Successful candidate will have:
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
* Previous medical, surgical, paediatric, theatre, DPU experience.
* Previous wound management and casting experience.
* Self-motivated with high level of communication organisational and time management skills
* Basic knowledge of patient management scheduling systems.
* Proven organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and coordinate a diverse workload.
