Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Roster Administrator to join our team. This role will be the first point of contact for all rostering and enquiries from clients and support workers.
">
Key Responsibilities:
">
* Coordinate client carer schedules on a daily basis to ensure all clients receive the services they have requested
* Provide effective and efficient day-to-day rostering support to clients, families and carers
* Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
* Ensure the seamless delivery of services through timely transfer of information and communication to appropriate information systems and staff
* Provide general administrative support to the operations team

Requirements:
">
* Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or similar relevant qualification/experience
* Experience working with people in the human services sector or customer service roles
* Experience where telephone communication was the primary communication with clients and/or employees
* Must have or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Must have or be willing to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'
