About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organised individual to join our dynamic property team as a Lease Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a high-performing team within one of Australia's most respected property companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, process and track lease documentation across both commercial and retail assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business standards.
* Maintain accurate lease data in property management systems, providing timely insights to key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with legal, leasing, property management and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and documentation alignment.
* Support lease agreements, renewals, amendments and terminations, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately maintained.
Your Skills and Experience
* Prior experience in lease administration, preferably in either the retail or commercial sector.
* Strong understanding of lease documentation and property management systems, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment, with solid communication skills both written and verbal.
