We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to complete the redesign of our ecommerce store on Shopify 2.0 to align with the launch of our rebrand!
Start Date: Early-Mid June
Dimple Color is a leader in the cosmetic lens market. Our websites handle over 20,000 orders across all major markets, globally. We are in the process of undergoing an exciting rebrand led by our creative director. As part of the rebrand, we are redesigning & rebuilding our stores on Shopify 2.0, marked for a September launch. We are looking for a creative UI designer to work with our internal team to help bring this exciting project to fruition!
Key Requirements:
* Strong ecommerce experience, ideally with Shopify
* Good working knowledge of Shopify 2.0
* Expert-level proficiency in Figma
* Comfortable working within an existing brand style guide
* Proven experience designing wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity UI
* 3 years+ working on high-value retail websites.
* Able to work in an agile methodology with our ecommerce team for the design & development phases.
Scope of Work:
* Full redesign of our ecommerce store (Shopify 2.0, Dawn theme)
* Creation of a comprehensive UI style guide in Figma
* Development of reusable templates, key page layouts, UI components, and interactions
* End-to-end design process from wireframes through to polished UI
NOT Required:
* Any frontend or backend development (design-focused role only)
Contract Details:
* Full-time contract, 6–8 weeks
* Ideally Sydney-based and available to work onsite with our creative and ecommerce team (at least 2 days per week)
