Oncology Registered Nurse – Proserpine Hospital

We are partnering with a well-regarded regional health service in Queensland to recruit a passionate and skilled Oncology RN to join their supportive and growing team.


About the Role

You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary oncology team, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across medical oncology services. The role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys building strong patient relationships and working within a collaborative, supportive environment.


Key responsibilities

* Delivering safe and evidence-based oncology nursing care
* Administration and monitoring of chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
* Patient education, symptom management, and supportive care
* Working collaboratively with medical, allied health, and nursing teams
* Maintaining clinical documentation and adhering to best practice standards


About You

* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous oncology nursing experience (essential)
* Demonstrated competency in chemotherapy administration
* Strong communication and patient advocacy skills

Locum Mental Health Registered Nurse – CMR

Join us as a Locum Mental Health Registered Nurse and play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care across all divisions of mental health nursing, including community, inpatient, acute, and more. We are seeking dedicated nurses for a 12-week contract (or more) in regional and remote locations across Australia.

About the Role (Settings)


Acute Mental Health

Work in fast-paced acute care settings, managing urgent mental health crises, stabilising patients, and coordinating with emergency services. Use your crisis intervention skills to make a rapid impact during high-pressure situations.


Inpatient Units

Deliver consistent, supportive care to individuals requiring more intensive mental health support. Manage daily assessments, administer medication, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help stabilise and rehabilitate patients on their path to recovery.


Community Mental Health

Provide case management, comprehensive assessments, and care planning. Work in community settings allows you to build deeper connections and support clients through their recovery journey.


Criteria

* Qualifications: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years in mental health nursing, particularly in case management.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with patients and team members.
* Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Transportation: A valid driver's license for regional and remote roles.
* Flexibility: Willingness to commit to travel nursing contracts in regional/remote areas for at least 12 weeks.


Registered Nurse – Relocate to Rockhampton (Aged Care)

We are seeking experienced and graduate Registered Nurses to join a well-regarded aged care facility located in Rockhampton, Central Queensland.


About the Facility

* Medium sized residential aged care home in Rockhampton
* 13 beds dedicated to dementia care; 52 beds a mix of low and high care
* Single-storey design with private ensuites and outdoor garden access
* Excellent staffing ratios: 2 RNs on AM and PM shifts; 1 RN overnight
* Supportive clinical leadership team, including full-time senior clinical staff
* Focused on staff development, collaboration, and quality care
