Job Title: Sales Engineer
We are looking to grow our team with a dedicated Sales Engineer based in Adelaide. The role will provide technical designs and solutions throughout the sales cycle to demonstrate the full value of our video and audio solutions.
Responsibilities
* Provide internal and external assistance during the sales process including delivering solutions and demonstrations to customers.
* Develop technical written pre‐sales material.
* Proactively pursue new business opportunities when communicating with partners.
* Work with integrators and technology partners during the project sales process.
* Collaborate across multiple departments (internally and externally) to ensure optimal outcomes for partners.
* Construct and deliver technology or customer‐specific training.
* Provide technical updates to partners.
* Attend and represent Axis at industry trade shows and events.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
* Ideally experience in a customer‐facing pre‐sales role in network video and/or physical security markets.
* Good knowledge of networking, IP‐based technologies and applications.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
* Self‐motivated team player with strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
