**Job Description**:
**About the role**
As an Office Administrator you will be welcoming visitors and providing high-level administrative support to our team of Rehabilitation Consultants and Physiotherapists. In helping our clients return to work, you will play a key role in managing an inbox, assisting job seekers with preparation of documents, welcoming visitors and processing physio payments, entering referrals into our case management software, proofing and distributing documents, updating a case management system and offering general ad-hoc administrative support to our team. Applicants who have worked in a workers' compensation case management role, within medical records will be viewed favourably.
**Your day to day will involve**:
- Assisting Rehab Consultants with ad-hoc administrative support including scanning, data entry, etc.
- Updating our case management system including uploading referrals
- Distribution of plans/reports
- Providing meet and greet reception
- Processing EFTPOS/HICAPS payments
- Conducting file reviews
- Booking appointments
- Proofing reports and documentation
- Managing/ordering office supplies
- Inbox management
**Qualifications**:
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- Qualifications or training in Administration or return to work
- Previous experience in insurance case management or Return to Work coordination is favourable
- Previous work experience in a highly administrative role
- Excellent proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel and technology
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision
