About the role
A varying range of shifts will be available and participant support requirements may include, personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living and independent living skills.

About you
You are a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual with a real passion to make a difference to the lives of people living with a disability. As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
* A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements
* Experienced in implementing positive behaviour support strategies to manage complex behaviours
* Experience supporting NDIS participants with physical and psychosocial disabilities
* The ability to communicate and appropriately respond to the needs of people with disability
* Passion for building strong relationships and rapport with participants
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Ability to complete detailed and accurate documentation
* First Aid Certificate
* Drivers Licence
* Comprehensive Car Insurance
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Working with Children Check
* Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
* Legal working rights in Australia
