Our customer service team take pride in providing premium coffee and outstanding customer service and we are on the look out for managers with strong leadership capabilities to join our growing service team at our Sutton Forest store in the Southern Highlands region, NSW.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
**-**Work alongside and support the Store Customer Service Manager, with support from our Group Operations Manager, in the successful day to day running of the business.
- Leading customer service shifts and the supervision of a small-to-medium-sized front-line customer service team (5-10 people).
- Maintain a safe work environment in relation to OHS/WHS and food safety & hygiene.
- Ensure procedures, policies and high standards are carefully adhered to at all times.
**About you**:
- You have great customer service experience.
- You must have management experience and preferably have managed teams of up to 10 people in previous roles.
- You have worked in either retail, hospitality or QSR.
- You have high energy and initiative levels.
- You have a friendly, outgoing personality.
- You are reliable.
- You are a quick learner and fast on your feet.
- Have a Basic Food Handlers Certificate or have one before starting employment.
