* Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
* Enhance employability through referral to support services and training
* Provide in-employment support to sustain employment
* Market participants' skills to prospective employers
* Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks
* Keep detailed, accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements
* Actively participate in the local community to promote services
