Role Purpose: To oversee daily front-of-house operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences at Off The Wharf Seafood Cafe.
We are a busy seafood café, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week, in a thriving tourist destination. In our stunning overwater location, we offer the best and freshest seafood, delivered daily onsite by our fishing trawlers. We need a Front of House Supervisor who can efficiently run our front-of-house, and create memorable dining experiences through warm and friendly customer service. We want someone who can train and support our staff to be the best they can be, for themselves and for our café. Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily service, including bookings, seating and service flow
* Roster, organise, manage, train, support and lead FOH staff
* Coordinate and create social media content and engagement
* Create, promote, and manage events and functions to showcase our café and encourage customers
* Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and liquor regulations

Skills & Experience
* Supervisory experience in hospitality is essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills are essential
* Experience in event creation is highly regarded
* Social media coordination experience desirable
