ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with strong contract admin skills and stakeholder management experience?Wodonga TAFE is hiring a Contract Administration, Quality and Compliance Officer to manage reporting and compliance for the Joint Technical Trades Training Services (JTTTS) contract.This role supports Navy and Army training outcomes by ensuring the integrity of subcontractor relationships and operational contracts. Reporting to the Manager Strategic Partnerships, you’ll oversee contract performance, maintain compliance registers, and contribute to Defence-aligned strategic initiatives.Based in the Training Transformation Solutions (TTS) division, you’ll join a team delivering innovative training and partnering nationally with the Australian Defence Force.

Selected Duties:
Draft and manage Contract Change ProposalsCollate and report on contract performance measuresAdminister the Contract Reporting and Technical Data RegistersCoordinate subcontractor service delivery and reportingEnsure compliance with Defence security and legal requirementsSupport internal departments with contract transitions and execution

ABOUT YOU Skills & Experience

Degree in Business Management or extensive experience in contract and compliance administrationProven experience in relationship or contract managementMust be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
