Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
* Manage and implement digital marketing content across social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
* Create and implement engaging content, track performance of digital activity & campaigns, and coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with product launches, promotions, and brand messaging.
* Design/create digital content for social media: images, videos, and posts.
* Manage and implement marketing photography library.
* Create artwork using Adobe Suite.
* Plan and create Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
* Assist in creating and developing digital marketing plans and define campaign schedules in line with product launches.
* Maintain and develop multiple social media channels for both lead-generation and branding purposes (involving use of social media scheduling tool) across the group companies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Creation of E-shots for 3rd party bookings.
* Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to book and supply content.
* Design content, imagery, and email structure.
* Monitoring analytics of email performance with feedback on future developments.
* Website content monitoring, liaising with design team and SEO analyst where necessary.
* Uploading of supporting marketing material to company portals.
* Support with the creation and research of 3rd party website advertising.
* Collaborate with Offline Marketing/Communications team to research, develop, and implement marketing campaigns.
* Implementing digital outreach campaigns across email and social media platforms.
* Align digital activity with event or press activity.

Key Requirements:
* 4 years' experience in a previous digital marketing role.
* Knowledge of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and concepts within social media, emailing marketing, and digital campaign implementation.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and communication skills (digital specific) with the ability to adapt content to support multiple audiences (B2B and B2C) and platforms.
